Below are hints to help you avoid fraud when using YourLooking.com:
Meet Face-to-Face
After agreeing on a purchase, meet face-to-face. The buyer can inspect the item and the seller can collect cash for the purchase of the item.

Buyer Beware
Before making an offer to a seller, ask questions to learn more about what they are selling. Use the “Contact Seller” feature to send an email to the Seller and ask questions so you are comfortable with what you are buying.

Ask for Sellers Telephone Number
Once you have negotiated the price and have decided to buy the item, ask for the sellers’ phone number and call him/her up at a random time to make sure he/she is receiving the calls. Sellers that are willing to give you their phone number are less likely to be fraudulent.

Pay the safest way
If you are unable to conduct your transaction face-to-face, pick a payment method that provides you with protection. Credit cards are safest, because you can dispute the charges if you never get the goods or the offer is misrepresented. Escrow services and online payment services also offer degrees of protection.

This person is a fraud. I responded to the email address and I paid the person for my puppy via Western Union. After the person received my money I never heard from them again.
